Contrast Counseling

It is hard to recognize happiness without knowing sadness. We feel grief because we first experienced love or care. We savor relief because we have known pressure.

I believe it is the contrast that makes life interesting and worthwhile. While it's good to find the silver linings from time to time, I ultimately want to help you make space and find appreciation for the full, deep complexity of our human experience.
